LF stories about Dean nursing Sam through migraines - gen or wincest (even J2 like this...)  
I just finished re-reading Brain Pain by the amazing [livejournal.com profile] jcrgirl and would love to read any reccs anyone has (self-reccs are awesome!) where Dean takes care of Sam through migraines (or J2 in this same situation is great too). I suffer from chronic migraines and would love Dean to be helping me through mine!

Future!fic. Sam's had a migraine for days, along with insomnia because it just.won't.rain. Dean finally manages to make him calm down. Established relationship; no actual wincest other than kissing.
