Last I remember it was a WIP, but may be finished now. Ben is surviving as a hunter in a post-apocalyptic world. He runs into Sam who is half-mad after Dean's death. Sam starts seeing Dean in Sam and refuses to let Ben leave or be hurt. I remember it was a bit of a dark!fic.
