I remember that Cas wakes up in some dark alley or somewhere then shares a fire with an old man who dies leaving him with the name Daniel, I think. Soon Cas is sheltered in a church or a shelter... but mainly I recall he moves around a lot, DrifterCas, HomelessCas, and he's trying to find out who he is.

Also, it is believed the Winchesters have died, however, that was not the case. The story eventually goes full circle, Cas meets Dean and Sam in the Alley where He died, was resurrected.

I would love any asistance with finding the name of this story and where I can locate it.
