I am vague on this story, but what I remember is that Dean is cursed and has to have sex until it's out of his system.

Dean and Sam locked in a room and they have sex countless times, but they get to the point where they're too worn out to continue but Dean is still affected. I'm pretty sure that somehow Cas steps in and volunteers to take over. I seem to recall a scene where Cas lifts tired Sam unto Dean and helps move him to aid in breaking the spell. Right after this is when Cas says he'll step in for Sam.

Hope this sounds familiar to someone -- it was really hot.
