Searching for a specific fic  
Hey guys!

I am looking for a story that I read a long, long time ago, so I don't remember all the details. The story was very well written and somewhere at the end of the story Dean get impaled/stabbed with a pole/bar(or something similar) on a street or a parking. Sam comes in time and tries to rescue Dean.

I think that the plot was that Sam finds a very weird letter at the very beginning with sentences written on the them. During the story all the written sentences on the paper happen in reality. But before they happen Sam (and Dean?) try to find out heir meaning. I think the last sentence is actually the words that Dean says while he is "dying" ( I am not sure, if he does) after he was impaled by that pole.

I hope someone knows what I mean. ;)

is it the one where there's a series of quotes Sam hears and the beginning and then rights down and they're all said throughout the story? (i think the first quote might have something to do with Jess?) If so, it's not a pole. but an explosion at a community event. and the last thing Dean says is "i'm sorry" and he didn't want to finish the case because he thought it was going to be Sam who was dying because "he's a man of many words, and the only reason he would be so abrupt was if he didn't have the time" ... yeah, and then one of the other last things is "not you" and the ghost ends up saving Dean's life.

I unfortunately, don't have the link, but I'll see if I can find it for you, and if not, maybe the above will help someone else... if I even have the right story?

not a problem, it took me less than ten minutes. i remembered enough of it that a simple google search found it. enjoy. it's a great story!
