One specific search and two general searches.  
SPECIFIC WINCEST FIC WITH SELF HARMING SAM- I searched this fic some time ago also but couldn't find it. Here's what I remember about it :-
(i) Dean gets a call from Bobby and he learns about Sam who was suicidal after being raped/tortured(?) by a professor.He also learns than Sam had tried to kill himself at Bobby's.
(ii)Dean brings Sam with him to the motel room but fails to reach out to him.
(iii)Sam cuts himself up with a razor in every chance he gets..whenever Dean goes out to bring dinner. Dean catches him at last when he entered the motel room and found Sam cutting himself. I remember a scene where Dean extends his wrist towards Sam and asks Sam to cut him instead.
(iv)Dean later learns than Sam was also abused by John in childhood.
(v) It ended in wincest when Dean thwarted a suicide attempt of Sam

WINCEST DEAN MPREG FICS WITH POSSESSIVE DARK SAM- I recently read a fantastic SEDUCTION OF GRAVITY by bridgetmkennitt. Can you please rec me any mpreg fic like this one with possessive dark Sam?

WINCEST MPREG FICS WHERE ONE DOESN'T INFORM THE OTHER I don't mind whose pregnant. I'm looking for those where one finds he's pregnant and doesn't tell the other . Can you rec me some?

I kind of have a rec? I didn't realize you were only looking for Wincest when I first read through your request and I thought of this one immediately because it is one of the most well-written, heavy, angst-up-the-wazoo and so completely in-canon mpreg stories ever, but it's destiel so I'm not sure if you're interested in a pairing beyond Wincest. Thank you so much for the rec:) Destiel happens to be my fav pairing and I've read just a handful of wincest fics . I love reading fics of any pairing if it's good:) The story sounds awesome and I can't wait to read it:) *HUGS*

Now, while the other one I gave is so completely canon it hurts, these are more OOC and definitely more sweet. Also I can't find the third one. Anyway:

- just to clarify the story is completed and the sequel is semi-abandoned. At the moment the author is still updating with what's already been written, but also has no plans to finish it beyond that point. Also just an FYI the last few chapters (say ch. 30-32) have had something controversial in them and some people wish the author stopped the story before that point. If you don't care about spoilers or you want to know what I'm referring to when you get closer to it, just let me know, but I figure I should give a heads-up.

Wish someone knew the specific wincest fic I want to read it soooo bad it sounds so good in a sad twisted sort of way.

Me too:) All I remember is that I read it in Sam/Dean slash archive and it had a weird sort of name like..'How stupid could I be' ...or something similar. But I have failed to locate the story in the site:(
