First one is Sam and Dean - I don't remember if it is wincest or gen. What I do remember is that Dean has a soul-sucking office job, with an insurance company, I think. Sam shows up as a new employee. I think Dean was actually in hell and Sam had come to rescue him. I also have vague memories about a bus in this fic, but I don't remember more than that.

Second is J2, and it's a really long one. Jared is trapped in some kind of dream state because either he signed up for testing, or his parents signed him up, or he has some kind of psychic power that they're testing. I think he sees a lot of open, empty desert land with dying trees, and there's also a weird changing house. I think. And, of course, an evil villain. Jensen has to rescue him. I'm sorry I don't remember more than that - I hope sometime recognizes it.
