General injury fic search  
Hi all,

I am looking for some fics that involve Dean checking Sam over for injuries. They do not show it near enough in the show :-( So after a hunt Dean thouorghly investigates if Sam is hurt.

It can be pre-series or now and gen or Wincest. But Bottom!Sam only please. So please rec away!
