specific Dean/Castiel  
I'm looking for a specific Dean/Castiel (or jensen/Misha? ). I'm not too sure on the detail but it was a AU fic. Cas is an omega and his traditional family is ashamed that he doesnt have his heat so they pay alpha!prostitute!Dean to force his heat. dub-conish (non-conish?) with a lot of hurt/comfort. (with younger!cas)
