The prompt:
During a routine salt and burn, Dean is cursed by a fairy. He is deaged back to 13, and his memory's wiped. Sam thinks that's all, but after reading up on the curse he also discovers that this particular brand of fairy is known for its transformative powers: feminization. Meaning, Dean still has the physique of a male but he's been given a uterus and the ability to bear children.

Dean latches onto Sam immediately as his protector and the little guy's so needy and clingy that Sam can't help himself. They start fucking, and while Sam fucks Dean he gets off on the desire to breed. Lots of dirty talk from Sam about how he's going to fill Dean up with his seed, por favor. Needy, shy, blushing virgin Dean who accidentally calls Sam 'Daddy,' which really gets him going. Sam playing with Dean's hole and making him come untouched is a bonus. Oh, and emphasis on how large Sam is in comparison to Dean.
