I'd really appreciate it if you’d all help me find a fic. It’s driving me crazy that I can remember most everything about it except the title and where I saw it last! It’s a little kinky though, with possible underage (I can't remember how old Jared is), maybe D/s, and Jensen as Jared’s stepfather. So just in case, I'm going to put it



So, from what I remember, it’s most definitely an AU, where Jensen marries Jared’s rich mom. Jared’s a player who’s never bottomed for anyone and sets his sights on his new stepfather, who comes off as shy. But no matter what Jared tries, Jensen doesn't seem to get the hint. Jared’s mom goes away for a seemly short amount of time, leaving Jensen and Jared alone and Jared thinks that this is his chance. Jared starts to come on to Jensen but after a few moments, Jensen completely turns the tables on Jared and goes all out toppy. There was spanking involved as well.

Jared’s mom and Jensen only married for money and I think Jensen bought a company from her. They haven't actually been sleeping together and, after Jared asked to see the contract they wrote for the marriage/business deal, he learns that the seemingly large sum of money Jensen paid for the company was actually paying for Jared himself (Jared’s mother basically sold her son to Jensen). Jared also learns that his mom has not gone away temporarily but, as part of her agreement with Jensen, took her share of the money and left Jared to Jensen.
