Hmm, I'm assuming by "torture recs" you mean fic where someone is getting tortured?

These Bones of Mine (http://spn-teamfic.livejournal.com/22596.html) by Ameresu: Alastair tortures Dean in front of Sam. Gen with Dean/Alastair undertones. Ameresu has written a lot of good Dean/Alastair fic,at least some of which involves torture.

Where Your Love Begins (http://misachan.livejournal.com/205337.html) by Misachan: Dean gets recaptured by Alastair post 4.16 and ends up torturing Cas. Dean/Cas
