specific fic, Jensen family takes in Jared  
there was a fic that I was hoping to read again I just can't remember the author or the name of it. So here are some details if anyone out there can help me out. I remember Jared has on last chance and Jensen's family takes him in has foster parents. Jared brother was sent to Jail protecting Jared and his sister. Jared sister was adopted however they wouldn't adopt Jared. Jared got attached to a Wild horse that help him when he need it. Jensen and Jared eventually hooked up. at one point Jared tried to kill himself because he thought They didn't want him anymore. There ended up being a sequel to it that jared ended up living with his brother because the state was finished with him when he turned 18 and graduated high school. He thought so his foster family was too.   Thank you for any help you could give me on these stories
