I honestly can't remember where I found this and it is driving me crazy. In the fic, Jensen has the ability to come multiple times and Jared regularly takes him to this bar or club where people take turns giving him blowjobs. I remember one line where Jared makes a joke about one of the people "getting fresh" with his "fountain". Jensen isn't entirely happy with the situation, but he still enjoys it.
