Hurt Dean, only trusts Cas fic rec search  
Hi all,
I'm looking for fics where Dean is hurt in some way, and he keeps asking for Cas, begging for Cas to save him, etc. And Cas is the only person he'll trust/let near him while he recovers. Do any such fics exist?

This isn't exactly what you're looking for. This is mostly "Dean is hurt in someway and he keeps asking for Cas, begging for Cas to save him, etc. And Cas is the only person he'll trust/let near him while he recovers.
