I was wondering if there are any stories where Dean is afraid of Castiel after what happened in episode 8x17 "Goodbye Stranger" (like flinching away from his touch when he tries to help him), and more importantly, doesn't forgive him just like that. After all, that was the second time Castiel beat him to hell and almost killed him, so I think Dean would have a harder time just forgiving him.
