Jensen/jared and sam/dean fics  
hey can i get some stories where jensen/jared and sam/dean are all present in the fic? I know there are a lot of twin stories so through me any of those and then any other that maybe just have sam and dean coming out of their universe and randomly stumbling upon jensen and jared. ill take jensen/jared and sam/dean and any mix up of the pairings that their is. thanks guys!

Well, there's "Panta Rhei" http://archiveofourown.org/works/185927?view_full_work=true . It's a Jensen/Dean with Sam story, so no Jared, but it's really good.
