I read a story a while ago, and now I am looking for it.

I think it was a hunt gone wrong. Sam ended up de-aged...12, 13...something like that I think. The police picked him up, thinking Dean might have some unnatural tastes towards young boys.

Sam plays along for a while, secretly contacting Dean. Eventually Sam pulls off a con using his cute boy skills and escapes...when the spells wears off he is returned to his right age...

Frankly, I can't remember if it was Sam/Dean or GEN.
