I was hoping someone could help me find a specific fic. I remember some, but not all of it.

- The boys were raised apart - John gave Sam away, but kept Dean.
- (He might have given Sam to Bobby, but I am not sure about that)
- Sam ends up as a paramedic, using a different name.
- Dean is still a hunter. He works alone.
- I think Dean gets in a fight and police and paramedics come. Sam and his partner are taking care of Dean until Dean starts fighting them off.
- It was WIP at the time. I found it on AO3, but that doesn't mean it isn't somewhere else.

I can't remember anything else. I hope someone could help. If not, any other boys raised apart stories would be nice.
