Dean has gone to leave with Lisa after Sam jumped into the pit, and he thinks Sam is dead. Sam is actually alive but his eyes turned yellow and is being chased my monsters so he doesn't inform Dean.

Dean leaves Lisa because he misses Sam too much. He ends up getting a tattoo on his arm in Latin. Castile helps reunite the brothers.
