I cannot remember the name of the fic, but j2 are already together and jared is painting a mural on the wall for their anniversary or something like that when he falls down and injures himself. Jensen is waiting for him somewhere and comes home angry that jared did not show up and finds him on the floor.

Please help. I forgot to save this fic after I read it. Now I cannot find it again.
