I'm pretty sure I read it on AO3 but can't seem to find it. Cas was underage (maybe early teens?) and Dean the babysitter was late teens I believe. Dean gave Cas a backrub because his stomach was sore from eating so much chocolate, which then led to him seducing Cas, first in the living room, then in the upstairs bathroom.
