I was reading a multi-chapter story yesterday and today I can't find it! It's pre-series. John, Dean, and Sam were hunting a witch who had already cursed/killed several people. She curses Dean so that every time Sam gets angry Dean is ill. He has two heart attacks before they discover the trigger. He goes to a clinic run by a white witch who's a friend of Pastor Jim's while they try to figure out how to break the curse. Sam tries to stay calm but he and John are fighting about Sam going off to college so Dean's health keeps relapsing. I thought the author's name was something like 'spurge93' but I can't find anything like that!

Please help, I need to finish the story!
