Stamp of Fate

Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are the golden couple of America's corporate world, running two successful multi-billion dollar corporations and capturing the hearts of the American public with their low-key, yet extremely devoted relationship. When they come home one evening to find a dead woman in their foyer, the idyllic world they've built shatters, and they're forced to do something they never thought they'd have to do again—unleash their true selves.
The dead woman in their foyer isn't just a woman. She's Athena, goddess of wisdom and strategic warfare, Jensen and Jared are really Ares and Hermes, and someone is killing Greek gods.
Within days of the murder, Jared has been called upon by Misha Collins, also known as Zeus, and asked to resume his former role as Zeus's spy and messenger as he searches for the killer. Meanwhile, suspicions against Jared and Jensen keep mounting, and since gods and goddesses have never been good at minding their own business, Jensen is forced to hold off his not-sohelpful fellow Olympians.
And the body count keeps mounting...


The Lengths I would Go To

Jensen is the Greek God Apollo in modern day America, perhaps not-so-secretly yearning for the kind of love emulated in the art that he patrons. Jared is a young matchmaker cursed to see soul mates but never find his own. Against all odds (but maybe with a little push of fate) they meet and fall in love.


Edit - Sorry, peppervl doesn't want that story shared, she's taken it down to publish as an original work. Insertcode11 took all her stories down a while back but I think she said it was okay to share the pdf, which I have. It's probably also on the 'deleted journals' link around here somewhere...
