I'm looking for a specific fic. Here's what I remember:
-Jared's brother and sister come into pack land
-Jared calls them his real family and Jensen gets mad and runs away
-When Jensen comes back he is covered in blood and Jared passes out
-Jared is pregnant during this fic
-I think it's part of a series
