J2 or Wincest Where Jared/Sam is FBI and Jensen/Dean is a serial killer.  
Hey all. This time I'm looking for fics where it is either Jared or Sam working as FBI or police and are assigned to the case of Jensen or Dean who is a serial killer.

J2 or Wincest are appreciated but not mandatory and otherwise there are no restrictions to this one.

Not quite what you're looking for, but Dean is still a serial killer and Sam is still the one that needs to bring him down. I loved this one.
