Looking for a specific lost fic.

It’s J2, a longish one. Jared and Jensen haven’t been together since Supernatural ended. Jensen has a son and he’s waiting for the son’s 18th birthday (I think) to commit a suicide - has a gun ready and everything. One day the son hears Jensen crying in the shower saying ”Jay”. He figures out "Jay" might stand for "Jared", finds Jared’s phone number and calls him for help. I also remember Jared finding Jensen by a fountain and wrestling the gun from his hands.
