I cant find any fics where Sam leaves Dean. I just want to find one where Sam leaves Dean for some Selfish reason and Deans alone and sad and ends with some terriable happening to him. Im a fan of per series where John also leaves Dean, but i would like just some Sam and Dean, but if you add john to the mix it would be fine.

I just want Dean to end up
Hurt/suicidal
turned into a creature (werewolf, vampire, ect.)
kidnapped/missing
possessed by a demon (Azazel)
Because Sam (and john) left him and we all know Deans selfworth issues.
