For number 1, have you read The Road Always Leads to Home (http://archiveofourown.org/works/1485481/chapters/3135046)? It's not quite baby Adam, but he is 6 when he enters and Dean does raise him.

Fic is A/B/O with Dean/Benny where Dean is the omega, but he's still the Dean we know and love.

I will read them all and I can take the wincest if it's only hints of it.

A really kid adam makes an appearance as part of the Winchester family unit:

I don't mind that it's Sam.
