I remember that Jensen was friends with Michael Rosenbaum when he meets Jared and Michael is always really mean to Jared(for reasons revealed later). Jared has a lot of self confidence issues and his manager has been manipulating him into having sex with people in order to get acting jobs. Something happens with the show and Michael manages to convince Jensen that it's Jared's fault and Jensen yells at Jared. I think Jared also tries to commit suicide at one point. The fic has a happy ending. I know it's more than one chapter long.
