Based on what you're looking for, I've got a few authors to rec for you.

Sharlot, https://www.fanfiction.net/u/3064788/Sharlot, has a story (Jai Guru Deva Om) that closely resembles your first one (it's a little different, so it might not be the same one). Her other stuff is also very good.

And then there is Nong Pradu (https://www.fanfiction.net/u/1787524/NongPradu). Everything she writes is awesome and several of them sorta fit what you were looking for with number three. Mainly "Not By Your Hand," and "Flagstaff," (though I also recommend "My Father's Favorite." It doesn't really fit what you asked, but it's a good one)
