It's a fic where Jared and Jensen are staying at a hotel and Jared's room is through a door in Jensen's room. Jared tries to make plans with Jensen all of the time but friends are always surprising Jensen by showing up to set and whisking him away. I think at some point Jared goes back to the hotel alone where an excited fan tackles him. I think Eric finds him and takes him to the hospital. After that, Eric calls a meeting and asks Jensen if there is any reason why Jared would be upset. In the end Jared and Jensen finally hang out. Sorry for the bad description. I don't think it was a Jared/Jensen fic but I could be wrong.
