So it was either Sam and Dean or Jared and Jensen but I think one of them was homeless and came to live with the other. They have an argument and then Dean/Jensen becomes a fireman. Towards the end of the fic, there's a fire at the house and Dean/Jensen has to rescue Sam/Jared from it. Sam/Jared admits he loves Dean/Jensen just before he's loaded into the ambulance. Dean/Jensen is pissed at Sam/Jared afterwards until he sees the news report.
