I'm looking for a more recent fic.

Wealthy Jared moves next door to Jensen's family's ranch, or farm. The family, including the usual RPS suspects, raise produce to sell at the local Farmers' Market, to local restaurants, and to ship to fancy restaurants farther away. Jared hires Jensen do some landscaping around the house, and they develop a rather prickly relationship.

The most notable thing about the fic was it turns out Jensen was a famous NYC artist, who was in a bad accident which damaged his hands. He's regained most use of them, but of course, will never paint again. Jared was a fan of his work, and owns and prominently displays one of Jensen's paintings, though he has no idea his neighbor is the artist.
