I'm looking for any stories that focus on Sam's recovery from being hurt or sick. Pre-series and early seasons only please. Thank you!

I'm looking for two specific fics this time!

1) Jensen and Jared are kidnapped by a crazy fan that thinks they are Sam and Dean.  I remember that he makes Jensen carve his name into Jared's arm and rub salt into it so that they can get food and water but the cut I THINK ends up getting infected and Jared almost dies before the police find them.  This was J2 and I'm pretty sure it was a journal.

2) Sam and Dean get in a fight-don't remember what about-and Sam walks off to cool down.  It's winter or something and their stuck in a blizzard.  Sam ends up getting attacked and raped.  He tries to make it back to their motel but can't and Dean goes to look for him.  When he finds Sam he has hypothermia and since they can't get back to their motel he takes them to a shelter.  I can't remember much else but I', pretty sure it's gen and on fanfiction.net.

3) Anything where Sam or Jared has an allergic reaction to something or has hypothermia!  Wincest J2 or Gen are fine with me.

I also am looking for a new story but I'm too lazy to make another entry so I'll just add it here.

It was on ff.net and their was no pairing.  It was set in late season 1.  Sam comes back to the motel alone and hurt when he had been investigating with John.  The two had been attacked and John was almost killed but Sam used his powers and saved John.  John left him to go to a bar and I think Sam had to walk back to the hotel with broken ribs.  When John comes back he and Dean get in a fight in which John calls Sam a freak and Sam hears...I can't remember much else.  Oh and if there are any other stories where John says/does something to hurt Sam then feels guilty about it I would love to know about them!  I don't however want stories where John is a bad dad and intentionally hurts Sam!  I just want guilty!John and hurt!Sam fluff!

Can you send me GEN stories where Sam is hurt worse then he seems from the car accident. I especially like the ones where Dean is wrapped up in his own grief that he doesn't realize Sam was hurt too.

I remember one story where Sam works in a diner while Sam and Dean live with Bobby. Dean doesn't realize Sam is working. Sam collapses at work and gets fired. Bobby finally gets Dean to realize Sam in not ok and Dean goes to the diner to get Sam only to find out Sam was fired and was walking home sick.

In this story, Sam has a long-term infection and it puts him in a rehab facility for many months. The first scene is the day Sam is released. Sam is still VERY weak and needs a wheelchair. Dean takes him to an apartment that he got them that is handicapped accessible. There is a pool and spa nearby that will help with Sam's rehab. Also there is a lake (and turtles) that Dean takes Sam to to help him walk again. Also there is a scene where Sam try's to drown himself in the spa when Dean isn't looking. Thank goodness Dean arrives just in time.

So I would really like some stories that have a stomach-dropping WTF moment. 07. Sam with a medical assistance dog of some kind? Would also love ones where Jared has a dog for this reason, but Sam ones are hard to find and I'd really appreciate people tossing a few my way. Doesn't matter if it's for an emotional/psychological reason (such as ptsd) or physical.

08. Fics where Jared/Jensen or Sam/Dean meet in college?

I believe it was just a one shot. Michael sent Sam back and "fixed" him but Sam is still having problems because of blood loss.

I was just looking for a bunch of fics with Sam where he gets depressed or tries to run away or exhausted and severely sad or something and ends up breaking down, and John sort of calms him down and reassures him of his place in the family or something along those lines. Anything from drinking to bullying to sam hiding an injury cause it's "his fault" to suicide is fine (as long as it's not a death fic)
I'd prefer in character stories, so no complete asshole John but he can be nasty.

I've been trying to find a story that I read and loved for a few days now, I know which one it is but for the the life of me I can't remember the name of the author or the name of the story to find it again...

The fic starts with Sam at Stanford, he lives with Jess I'm sure and then he disappears. I can't remember correctly if she calls Dean and John but somehow they all get in touch and they begin to try and find Sam. When they do find him he's quite insane and confused & has a damaged arm/hand. As the story progresses they find out that an angel showed Sam the future (where Jess and John died) and he left to try to change that. As a result of this Sam sees both timelines, the one where everyone is alive and the one where Jess and John died so he has difficulty distinguishing between the two...

Because reasons I'm looking for fics where Sam is sick or the like and Dean has to take care of him BUT Sam is not at all happy to laze about and be coddled by his brother. In other words, I want fics where Sam is sick and Dean's trying to keep him tucked up in bed and Sam is trying to go to school or hunt and pretty much being the worst patient ever.

Ok. So i'm looking for a fic that I read a while back, i'm not 100% sure whether or not it was a brokenwall!sam fic or not.

I remember clearly that Sam had to have Dean near him or he would collapse and they tested how far the distance could be between them out in the middle of a field. When Sam falls Dean runs over to him and says that he is stupid for doing the test.

There was a bit where they were holding hands in the street because Sam needed it and they were ignoring peoples weird looks.

Also, it is not fic: Consequentiality by Kerfuffling but it is similar.

1- Jared is shy and watches Jensen swimming from a distance. Jared lives Jensen gifts like coffee and cookies.

2- Wee!chester story. Dean does not like newborn Sam. He tries to get John and Mary to take him back to the hospital. Dean finally starts to love Sammy after he saves Sammy’s life when the baby stops breathing. I remember a part in the end with Dean trying to move Sammy’s baby crib into Dean’s own room. It was too heavy for him to move so Dean climbs into the crib with Sammy instead.

3- Jared is in a mental hospital. Jared can’t sleep because the bed is made wrong. Jensen works there and takes care of him.

4- Jared and Jensen get stuck in an elevator. Jared has claustrophobia and freaks out. Jensen tries to calm him down. I think it was set at Christmas time and that’s why it takes ages for anyone to rescue them.

5- Wee!chester story. John thinks Dean has been stealing painkillers to sell. John spanks Dean before finding out that Dean really took the pills because someone had hurt him. John feels guilty and looks after Dean. I remember a line where Dean asks his dad who would want to buy some stupid pills?

It is possible I made this all up in my head. All I remember is that the Winchester's are staying in a dodgy motel or apartment and the mould or dirty water in the bathroom makes Sam sick. Pretty sure the boys were teens. That's all I remember sorry.

Additionally, my favourite fics to read are very similar to this one so I'm asking for any teen sick!sam stories that you know of. A good example is "Slipping Through the Cracks" by Kokoda2007.

Anyways, I am hankering for some fics where Sam is taken care of. Sick!Sam, hurt!Sam. Emotional hurt!Sam is just as good (maybe better). Even just something where he is overworking himself and someone takes over and makes him something then convinces him to eat and rest and take a breather. I'm not too picky about who is taking care of him. Could be Dean, Gabriel, Castiel, Bobby, any side character, an OMC/OFC, etc.

General and slash is welcome, as well as some het. Just no Sam/Ruby 2.o as a main pairing, please. And if it is slash, I prefer bottom!Sam, but I'll take anything right now. :D

I'm looking for an old story--gen and probably set in Season 1 or 2 (I don't remember any issues with John or Dean's deal in the story). It started out with Sam and Dean talking in a motel room--it was obvious Sam was ill/hurt (from a previous case maybe? I don't remember if they ever said) and Sam was playing with a dog they had found roaming around and who had just followed them. As the story progresses they have the motel owner's granddaughter (?) watch the dog while they are out and possibly give the dog to her at the end.
This was a case fic--the dog is really not a big part of it, but it is what I remember the most. The bad guy was a warlock (maybe) who was after Sam--seems like I remember him putting sigils on a magic cloth to trap Sam/his other victims.
What is really annoying is that at some point I had this story saved because I really liked it, but I have either lost it or not tagged it properly because I can't find it at all. And possibly I read it at FF.com. Thanks so much for your help!

Hello everybody!! I am looking for a specific fic that I don`t remember much. Teen fic, or at least Sam was a teen. He got hurt in a hunt where were only him and Dean. John got upset because Dean let his brother get hurt. The thing that he doesn`t know is that Dean is seriously hurt too but his priority is Sam so he keeps it to himself. When they found out is almost late. John goes to look for the antidote (he has to kill some monster to get his poison or something). Bobby is taking care of Dean. Does it ring some bells? Please!!!!!!

I am looking for a particular story where Sam is faced with some sort of trauma.  I don't remember if it is physical, emotional or health wise but the doctors at the hospital warn Dean and John that Sam is going to have meltdowns and violent tantrums as his way of dealing with the trauma. I remember Sam being very mean and violent towards Dean a few times and him throwing food across the room.  Does anyone remember these few scenes???

Heyy, I'm new at this so i'm sorry if i got a few things wrong!!! I've been looking for a few certain stories. please no wincest, or slash, other than that everything goes!!! and please no abusive John. neglectful!John is fine, Strict!John is also fine. please no deathfics, i guess except for #4, but he has to come back in the end. and nothing in season 3 or 4 and no soulless!sam please. and nothing thats really short, but also nothing that takes you like days to read,(i know I'm picky!)

1. Dean is between 16-22 and sam is between 12-17, around there. and someone, like a teacher, calls Child Protective Services, or the police. and Dean is Sam's legal guardian, and he gets all protective and angry when people accuse him or PaPa Winchester of abusing Sam. of course happy endings, and no wincest or slash please. and no AU's. thanks. something kinda like "The Art Of Balance by SciFiNutTX" i love that one.

2. pretty much anything with fatherly/brotherly Dean to Sam. legal guardian would be awesome! but its not completely necessary. you know something were dean has to go to a parent teacher conference, or has to talk with Sam's principal, or something. again, kinda like"The Art Of Balance by SciFiNutTX"

3. I would also love if Sam goes into the foster care system for a little while, and he gets a bad home, but dean and john get him back.

4. i would like to read something in the 1st, 2nd or 5th season. Sam temporarily dies, and dean does mouth to mouth (NOT wincesty) and Sam comes back, and Dean is like crying and hugs him. or sam temporarily dies and Dean kisses him on his forehead or on the top of his head. (again NOT wincesty) but of course sam comes back to life like 2 minutes later. 

5. It would be nice to read something, in the beginning of season 5 after The End 5x04 where Sam has an awful nightmare and he wakes up with a gasp or screaming and has a panic attack.

6. i also would like to have a motel fix up, but Sam's in A LOT of pain, and Dean feels bad about it(of course) but they don't go to the hospital, its just in the motel. and nothing in seasons 3 or 4

Sam is doped up on some pain meds or something in the passenger seat. Dean is driving them out of dodge and they get pulled over the police. The cop makes Dean get Sam out of the car while he checks it, Sam is mumbling about monsters I think and Dean has to tell the cop he's delirious (cos well he is). Dean is cooperative but he really wants to get Sam back in the car because he can't stand up much longer. The cop let's them go on their merry way, I think he might even apologise for causing Dean and his sick/hurt/dopey little brother such inconvenience. And that's about it I think.

First off I'm looking for a specific hurt/sick!sam fic - Sam got broken ribs during a hunt but didn't want to tell Dean about them because he was hurting (possibly about Lisa and Ben) - Bobby wraps his ribs but he ends up getting sick - sound familiar to anyone? - Found!

Along those lines I'd love to read some classic and some new fics of hurt or sick Sam. Preferably if he tries to hide it from Dean or if Dean's ignoring him (post-Asylum would be brilliant too)

1- All I remember is a court scene where the judge grants Dean custody of Sam. Sam was sick or there was something wrong. I also remember Bobby being present in Court.

2- Any fics where Dean gets custody of Sam from John.

3- Any fics where John is abusive towards Sam, be it physically, mentally or emotionally and Dean finds out.

4- Any fics where someone tries to get in between Sam and Dean which hurts Sam or makes Sam jealous. It can be another brother or a stranger.

1. Sam and Dean were being fake cops but Dean said Sam's hair was too long and he needed to cut it, so he did, reluctantly. *Iz that surprising?*

General:

2. Stories where Sam has an aneurysm. I've already read Aneurysm. 

3. Stories where Sam gets hurt and the boys give up hunting, not because of it as such, but it is the reason they settle down at first so Sam can get better, but they end up staying. Or not, staying for a long time and going back to hunting eventually works too. Basically I want more things like This is the Place because that story is just perfection!

4. Sam having brain surgery, just basically an excuse to shave part of his head. But not absolutely necessary. 

5. Sam OR Dean having some sort of planned surgery/procedure. They're not a inpatient when they're wheeled down to surgery, they walk in to hospital with their own two legs for a procedure they know they're having done because they booked it in advance. If that makes sense. 

I have a huge problem with losing fics! I am really mad at myself! Ughh. 
Okay so there was this fic where everyone thought Sam was a really fat kid and John tried to work him really hard to lose the weight. Sam stopped eating because he wanted to lose weight, but he couldn't. It turned out Sam had some sickness where he put on tons of water weight on. Sam got really sick because he didn't eat too. So Sam was a chubby kid, but it was all water weight from some disease, in final.
      I'm still mad at myself.

I am looking for two specific stories, but can't for the life of me remember their titles.

1) After "It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester", Sam's headache gets worse and worse. Thinking it's because of the exorcism, he doesn't tell Dean how bad he's feeling until he collapses outside a motel. After waking up in the hospital, he finds out his headaches were because he had meningitis.

2) Pre-series. Sam is on a hunt with John and Dean on a cold night. I remember a specific issue about Sam not having gloves because he'd lost them during the last hunt, or something like that. While John and Dean are hunting, Sam ends up getting distracted by a will-o-the-wisp and lost in the forest. Dean eventually finds him by following another wisp (I think there was a blue one and a white one; one was getting people lost and the other was trying to help them? I think).

I'm looking for a few story types that all involve a physically or emotionally vulnerable Sam or Jared and a protective, caring, understanding awseome Dean or Jensen.

Here are the specific types of stories I'm looking for :

1) Stories where Jared/Sam is physically deaged (NO mental or emotional deaging please)

2) Stories where Jared/Sam is deaf/blind/mute/mentally challenged/has phobias etc... (you get the drill) and Jensen/Dean helps him/takes care of him.

3) This one will be difficult I think but well... Stories where Jared/Sam has been raped/tortured/abused. I want those stories to focus ONLY on the aftermath of the rape/torture/abuse. NO graphic description of the act please. Of course, Jensen/Dean isn't the agressor but I'm sure this is obvious from the title of this post right ? :)

4) Jared/Sam is hurt or ill and Jensen/Dean is a cop, a bodyguard, a doctor, a firefighter, has powers so he can protect Jared/Sam... You get the idea. Or Jensen/Dean is simply himself and tries to help. Stories about Jared/Sam's growing pains for example. Or hypothermia etc etc etc... Also stories where Jared/Sam has powers and Jensen/Dean helps him to deal with them and control them.

5) Jared/Sam is underage and Jensen/Dean is an adult.

6) Jared/Sam works for the first time in the porn industry and Jensen/Dean is his first partner.

7) Jared/Sam has nightmares (god knows poor Sammy has had tons of reasons to have those all his life) or insomnia

8) Jensen/Dean is dead (yeah yeah I know I said no deathfic but this is an exception) but he's still here as a ghost and can be seen by Jared/Sam and talk with him. Maybe even touch him somehow ???

9) Jared/Sam is a shy adorable brilliant student and Jensen/Dean is his teacher. (highschool, college, music, dance whatever...) or any other situation where Jared/Sam is shy and adorable.

10) I'm sure this one will get no answer at all but I'll try anyway. Who knows, I could get lucky. So Jared/Sam (god, how many times did I type those names in this post ???) need a kidney transplant and Jensen/Dean volunteers to be the donor.


11) This is different from my other requests but here it goes. I'd love to read stories where Jared/Sam is asexual and him and Jensen/Dean fall in love with each other.

My eyesight is pretty bad so it's kind of difficult for me to browse the internet so hit me with anything you have. Even stories from the early days of the fandom.

I hope I didn't forget anything.

1. I NEED some angsty Sam fics! Where he's hurt or sick. Preferably nothing pre-series. I'll take anything, just as long as its full of tense 'oh god this is bad Sam!' moments. Where you can hear/feel Dean or Sam's inner monologue of manic panic. Think shangrilada style. Because she's just amazing, but there's only so many times you can re-read the asthma!verse before you start knowing it off by heart. 

2. A different kind of de-aged, something along the lines of grown up Sam and Dean are working or whatever, and suddenly get interrupted when little Dean or little Sam randomly shoots through time into grown up world and both Dean and Sam have to look after said mini me, until they find a way to send them back. Can be both mini Sam and Dean, or just one. So long as both grown up Sam and Dean are there looking after them. 

Wincest or gen on both. Cheers!

i read a story on fanfiction looong time ago of sam getting hurt and not telling dean....umm i think a piece of magical horn or something gt left in a wound in sam...i think dean was angry at some point on sam for picking a hurt which turned out to be nothing and at the end was crying sam and a winchester hug :D

another story of sam slowly started to lose his memories only we find that out in the end :P layla's mom made an entry...layla died and dean thinks she cursed sam also bobby comes and he figures out that its black magic sam made contact 4m a book plus there was massive guilty comforting dean :D

1st fic is season 1 and 2nd in season 2 :P

I'm looking for fics where either Sam or Dean are seriously hurt or sick, like life-threatening, emergency-surgery, chances-aren't-good level of hurt, and need serious medical attention involving lots of medical jargon and doctor-y stuff. Gore and graphic imagery would also be welcome.

eg. transplants, broken bones, amputated limbs, cancer, burns, traffic accidents, disfigurement, tropical diseases, weird and rare illness, severe allergies, lots and lots of complications... You get the idea!

AU's with chronic illnesses and disorders would also be brilliant.

Brothers being massively worried and terrified and desperate is a must, including lot's of hand holding and reassuring and hair stroking.

(hurt!Sam fics with a ton of over-protective, big-brotherly Dean are especially appreciated. Me = massive Sam-girl.)

For example, Worthy by KHK and One Thing Leads to Another by Marianna Morgan are perfect and awesome.

Gen or slash, pre-series or not, and medical show crossovers (as long as they're Sam & Dean centric) are all welcome.

Sam gets really sick from a salt overdose after what Rufus (I think?) did to him, thinking he was a demon.

I remember it was after john died and dean was just messed up and he told sam to leave. sam left and was kidnapped and tortured by a demon i think. then dean with bobby find sam and take him to this dr. who knows about hunters who helps them. if you guys could help me find this i would be so thankful.

I'm actually looking for anything that deals with Sam's psychic powers like his visions, his new powers in Season 4 as well as the demon blood addiction. Or Sam trying to come to terms with his mom basically selling him out before he was born or the demon blood running through his veins.

Gen or Wincest is fine. I would prefer to have a very understanding/caring Dean accompanied with the request, maybe even mad or upset Dean at first but I only ask for a happy ending. Thanks!

He is pretty sick (and I don't mean a simple cold) and Dean worries about him and cares for him - typical the big brother. I would prefer fics with something like a heart disease... but every type with sick!Sam is fine.

Hey everyone

I'm looking for some h/c fics set while Sam is detoxing in the panic room. Any pairings or gen welcome. Just so long as someone is there taking care of Sam while he works through the fever/hallucinations/sickness.

Looking for a specific fic where a witch's victims are found apparently starved to death or have over-eaten themselves to death. Sam gets cursed and eats some poisonous nuts. Dean rushes him out of the woods without checking if the witch is dead. Sam tries to eat everything in sight and gets progressively sicker and his metabolism speeds up so fast he is actually starving to death. Dean and John have to race to find the witch and reverse the curse.

Anyone recall this one?
