Guys, I've a hankering to read stories where Dean is neglected/abandoned/unappreciated by John and/or Sam, however, an outsider/OMC recognizes how amazing/self sacrificing/talented Dean really is.

Dean can have low self esteem, or just be depressed/disappointed that his family seem to find him disposable, or can't be bothered to return his calls/help him when he is injured or in trouble.

I want the outsider/OMC to make him see what a wonderful person he is and to make him feel valued and loved.

I'll take any genre, Gen, slash, anything, I don't mind.

I know it's pretty vague, but I'm hoping you guys can help me out, I just want Dean to be recognized for the treasure that he really is.
