Hi, I've just started reading Dean/Sam fics and am already completely addicted. I found this community and I'm hoping that you guys can rec me some good first time Dean/Sam fics with hot smut that are completed. I would specifically like fics with one or more of the following:

1) Jealousy, Possessiveness, and/or Protectiveness
2) Fuck or Die
3) Lust and/or Love Spell, Curse, Potion, or whatever
4) Boys with Powers
5) Bloodplay and/or Knifeplay
6) Boys as Creatures

Please don't rec me anything that is less than 2,000 words - the longer, the better in my opinion. Also, while I do enjoy pre-series fics, this time I just want during-series fics. I just finished reading The Truth Within The Lie and I really loved it! I was wondering if there were any other fics out there where the boys have to pretend to be a couple to work on a case at a couples retreat, or a couples counciling camp/retreat or something, and then somewhere along the line it stops being pretend ;)

There was a fic that was a couples counciling camp type fic that Ive been searching for to. I only remember a few parts, but in one part, the lady told Sam and Dean to sit facing each other and tell each other how they feel about the other? And then there was another part where this one guy kept hitting on Sam and Dean got really jealous.

I love protective!Dean over his Sammy. I've loved the many times they've shown it in cannon and I love it in fic as well. So anything that involves Dean being a BAMF and protective over Sammy? No underage/pre-series please. It's even more fun when Sam is as big as he is and completely capable of taking care of himself but Dean still runs to his rescue and Sam lets him. There's just something so fucking sexy about Dean taking care of his overgrown baby brother and Sam letting Dean protect him. 

Would also love some Folsom Prison Blues fic with the way they show it in cannon - meaning Dean watching over Sam, assuring him, "Don't worry Sam, I promise I won't trade you for smokes." and Sam coming to Dean to tell him that his roommate "just keeps staring at me... in a way that makes me really uneasy." And then that scene where Sam bumps into one of the guys and Sam says sorry but the guy still comes at him and Dean stands up in front of Sam and says, "He said he was sorry." So anything where Dean's doing the protecting and Sam trying to calm him down or letting him do his thing - like in cannon. -- I don't want a Sam who can't take defend himself, though. So please nobody raping Sam. I don't mind if they try, but if Sam's alone, please let Sam take care of himself. I just like Sam letting Dean stand up for him when Dean is there. But Sam is more than capable of standing for both himself and Dean.

I am on a kids!fic marathon, and that mkes me think of family movies that I like, which led me to my search request: There are a lot of fics where the Js marry each other as a favor or for money, but are there any fics where one of them also has a child, a-la I Now Pronounce You Check & Larry? I'm not looking for a remake of the movie per say, but I'd like a long story where the two marry for whatever reason, getting an instant family, and in the end finding love.

1) Jared is a werecat alpha and he and his pack run across Jensen who is basically an orphaned werecat.

2) I am looking for fics where J2 is accidentally bonded or mated.

3) I am also looking for fics where they are pretend boyfriends for whatever reason.

One is Dean/Sam, and involves the brothers having to get inside an exclusive gay club to investigate a case. In order to enter, they have to ‘prove’ they’re gay, and a kiss alone won’t cut it. The story is told from Sam’s POV, and it also had a link to a sequel. This story never gets around to details about the actual case, so I don’t think this qualifies as a casefic.

FOUND: The second is based on two characters from the third season’s “Ghostfacers,” Ed and Corbett. It’s an AU where Corbett didn’t die; his fake ghost echo was used to make everyone believe he’d been killed, but Ed’s profession of love broke the Morton ghost’s façade. Now everyone is home and recovering from the experience, and Ed is trying to figure out how he truly feels about Corbett. It’s a two-part story, Ed’s POV, and also has plenty of Harry/Maggie references.

FOUND: Another involved a type of magic that made Sam and Dean “mates,” strongly tuned in to each other right down to reacting to each other’s scent, and even as they’re resisting it Dean is so possessive of Sam he growls when Castiel studies Sam for too long. I remember a dialogue exchange when Dean tried to explain what was happening to them according to Cas, and it included so many “blah blah blahs” that Sam finally demands (in all caps) to know how Dean has survived this long. The story turns with Sam leaving the motel room while Dean sleeps: Dean wakes up, trails Sam’s scent to a bar, and has to chase Sam through the woods to finally claim him while calling him “Sammy Mine.” It ends with their eyes taking on a glow; Dean’s green, Sam’s yellow. Dean’s POV.

I remember Jared was a struggling actor, and Jensen, an art teacher, recently broke up with his boyfriend (Chris) because he was cheated on. With no place to live, Jared and Jensen move in together, and they pretend to be a couple.

Jared was dating a girl named Adrianne, and Jensen has a brief relationship with Misha who lives in the floor below.

I just remember Jared getting jealous over Misha, and of course, J2 eventually end up together.

I've been looking for a fic where either Jared or Jensen is a Mechanic, and all I've been able to find is super short PWP's. It doesn't have to be strictly J2 - cause I do love me some Wincest. All I really want is a somewhat long story where there is a lot of men in oil covered wife beaters and a shit ton of pining.

I read a fic not too long ago -That I would love to see more like -  where Sam/Dean had a case to do where they had to pretend to be partners. They moved into a gated community of sorts and got set up in their own little home, only to find that their house was bugged and rigged with cameras. So naturally, they had to not only pretend to be a couple around the people in the neighborhood but in their own home too. More specifically, they had to pretend to have sex as not to raise suspicion to whoever was watching.

So I guess I'm looking for any pretend couple fics, only pretending to the point where they have to have fake sex for some reason or another.

Which obviously leads to real sex. Preferably lots of it.


Both of these can either Wincest or J2, I'm not picky. I would really really like a nice long fic to read, but again, not picky. The only thing I don't want is a WIP.

Does anyone have stories about people thinking J2 are a couple, when they really aren't, because they do coupley things such as; sharing clothes, sleeping in the same bed, cuddling, etc. They can get together in the end or they can just stay friends! Just would love to see them having a super close friendship and everyone mistaking it for something more.

Guys, I'm on the hunt for Sam/Dean pretend!couple recommendations.  I gone through this journal and several delicious lists, but there aren't many.  The same few just keep getting recc'ed.  Also, did you know AO3 doesn't have a tag for this?  What in the what?  And the link for katsheswims (who has the best delicious lists ever), which was in a post a few months ago, doesn't seem to be working.

Just remembered another fic that I need to find. This one has jared being a former child star. I think he used to sing and it had to do with padapup or something. I remember it is a high school fic. I think Jensen just broke up with Christian and he blackmails Jared into being his pretend boyfriend to make Chris jealous, but I think they end up falling for each other. They both go to a party and I think Chris ends up beating up Jared and Jensen finds out later, Jared thinks Jensen was part of it.

It had Jared as like like a secret agent or in protection or something and he has friends and his sister Megan (who knows nothing of his secret life or job) they live on a ranch and on one of the jobs they find Jensen who is like a boyfriend to a high  (?)mob member or something and was going to be killed and Jared and his crew bring him back to the ranch to protect him which Jensen is not happy about and its just got up to the stage where Jensen and Jared have to pretend to be a loving married couple to impress some people and alot of UST.  It was seriously good.  Love to read it again.

I'm looking for a fic that I read a little while ago but can't seem to remember where... and it goes a little something like this:

Jared is waiting for the perfect guy when Jensen (literally) falls into his lap. For various reasons, they never actually hook up but end becoming good friends, though Jared is totally pining. Jensen asks Jared to pretend to be his boyfriend when his boss invites him to a hockey game where Jared meets another guy- Michael, Jensen's co-worker- and ends up in a relationship with him. Naturally that's when Jensen realizes he's in love with Jared. It's a story about two people being in the wrong place in the wrong time for a relationship but with a happy ending.

1. A J2 college story, I know it's not 'things I learned my freshman year of college'. I remember a couple of things. The girls (idk who) get a hold of a picture of naked baby!Jared and post it online(?) also the house that Mike(?) and Jensen live in the picture is smack in the middle of a whole bunch of other pictures and it's blown up. Another thing I remember is Jensen being sick in his room and Jared coming over and maybe cleaning his room. The house might have been a beach house and I think there might have been a halloween scene where Jensen dresses up as a pirate.

2. Any Dean/Cas pretend to be boyfriend fics and they get together somewhere along the way, there's a lot of J2 and Sam/Dean ones. Can be AU or not.


3. Tension. You know when you read a story and you can just feel the tension between two characters (not ust). Because of a fight, disagreement, jealousy etc. Like the fight scene in domestic bliss & other oxymorons or like the f*cked up relationship in Ain't No Sunshine. J2 or Dean/Cas.

I've read Reanimated by tigbit and it was awesome and also I really liked the portrayal of Jensen, how he was really badass imo and seemed so sure of himself.

For those who read "Reanimated" can you recommend stories where Jensen acts/is portrayed in a similar manner? It will be greatly appreciated. Only J2 paring, AU stories please, first time would be love and also NC-17 rating.

There are bajillions of pretend couple Dean/Sam fics out there, but I'm a Dean/Cas shipper. Got any good fics where Dean and Cas have to pretend to be a couple? It could lead to being a real couple or not, it doesn't matter. Any genre will do but humor is preferred. :)

hello, I´m looking for a specific story, Sam discovers Dean´s list of why "Samantha" is the girl in their, quoting Sam, non-existent gay incestuos relationship. Or something like that. I've had a lot of time on my hands with winter break and all so I've been reading up on my old favorites. My bookmarks are not organized but I've looked through every link and can't find a specific fic. It's been a while since I reread it so the details might be vague, but I'll describe as much as I can.

I read it a long while ago so it precedes all of the recent seasons (Hell it could even be a first season fic, probably is.). Anyway it was Dean/Sam unrequited even though they both knew they were into each other. Dean takes his wrong/brother sexual frustration out on a seemingly benign model-good-looks demon/creature who eventually betrays him/them. There's also something about Sam being really powerful and a large rock and native americans. Maybe also something about New York and the Headless Horseman and a Bed and Breakfast and Sam trying to show Dean they are good together by a coincidental pretend!couple situation.

I looked through the tags but It really is an old verse and everyone seems to want recent fics so I couldn't find it. This is an awesome verse so I hope someone remembers it. Thanks in advance if anyone knows what I'm talking about.

Does anyone know of any fics wherein the boys (any boys, really; I'm more interested in the theme than in being picky about pairings) have to deal with homophobia? You know the sort: threats and dark looks from tough guys in bars (towards either an actual, or mistakenly perceived, couple); disapproval from family members or friends; disapproval, violent or not, from the general public. Internalised homophobia - where one of the guys can't deal with his own homosexual impulses - would also be totally relevant to my interests, here.

its a WIP that has Jensen as an asshole. he wants to marry Jared due to an inheritance by his father(?) um Jared works for JDM as a potential lawyer or something. I think Misha also wanted Jared. Jared hates Jensen for forcing him into marriage. He has an abusive past because of his uncle.

-Always-A-Girl!Dean femmeslash. Bonus points if it's Girl!Dean/Jo (I will worship you if you can find me this, honestly) but any pairing is okay.

-Always-A-Girl!Dean with lots of focus on how Dean is kinda guyish for a girl (yeah, I know, I'm weird :P) I'd love for this to be femmeslash, but I somehow doubt this even exists so I'll take anything.

-Jensen worked as a male companion and eventually Jared hires him
-Jensen offers them to have sex for lower price than he usually charges, but Jared keeps saying no
-Jared has sex with Jensen and pays for it even though Jensen does not want him to

Hi, I've been away from fandom for mostly the last year, and trying to catch up, I've noticed the fics seem more serious and the boys have more issues with each other and fights, and there's too many negative emotions and stuff for me.

I miss the fics where it was just about the boys together, on the road, or on hunts, or domestic fics; - just falling in love. Short, long, any genre and any time. I just wanna get caught up in the story and love the journey and the ending ^_^ Please help me find these sort of fics!

I've been trolling through the comm looking for a specific fic and I'm hoping someone could help me.

It's a J2 AU where Jensen and Jared meet in a coffee shop and pretend to be boyfriends in order to rent out an apartment that Jeff owns. Misha lives downstairs and has a thing for Jensen, while Jensen falls in love with Jared who's kind of oblivious. I'm pretty sure that Jensen is an art teacher/artist.

Hey guys, its me again! I'm back in hurt!dean mode and there are two old fics I really want to read but can't find again.

1) If I remember correctly this one was called "Piggy." Sam and Dean go to investigate dissapearences in some little town. They stay at a B&B and I think the owners have something to do with the disappearances. Dean is eventually taken by the spirit and creepiness ensues. I could say more, but I don't want to give the story away for those who haven't read it. It is an awesome fic and I would totally recommend it if I could find it ;)

2) The only thing I really remember about this fic is that Dean and Sam are stranded at the Roadhouse and Dean gets Appendicitis. A doctor comes in to help, but he's old and his hands are too shaky to perform surgery so he walks Sam through it. It was angsty and hurty and oh so good.

3) Finally a nonspecific search: I really want to read a fic where the boys are not only presumed to be a couple, but someone sees all their bruises and assumes they are in an abusive relationship. I would prefer Dean being the assumed!victim, but I suppose I could go with either.

I’m relatively new the fandom and was wondering if anyone could give me some good recs. I only want AU J2 fics. And no lower than an R rating, please. And I would like some longer fics. I really love long fics/verses. And I would like the fic to have a somewhat happy ending. I don’t want fics where either Jared or Jensen die. But I love angst! So make them as angsty as you want. And I’m not a huge fan of really fluffy fics, unless they’re really funny. And no established relationship fics. I love fics where they fall in love. I would love some of the following:

*Highschool fics
*Underage fics, where either Jared or Jensen are underage.
*Pornstar or hustler fics
*Slavery fics
*Dark fics (But no Jared or Jensen dying)
*Bets/games fics
* Infidelity fics (Just them cheating on other people, no J2 cheating on each other.)
*Fics where they start off hating each other.
*Jared and Jensen pretend to be in love/boyfriends/like each other

And any others that you think are really good.

are there any fics out there with jensen/jared (or sam/dean i guess) that involves them pretending to be boyfriends and liking it more than they think they should? until they're still acting like boyfriends even when no one else is watching?

so it starts as an act - e.g if its j2 to get the media off their backs, or if its wincest then to weedle some information out of a client - and they slowly ease into it until they can't imagine themselves with anyone else? preferably a long!fic but i'll take what i can get!

So I am reading garvaldmains awesome fic Force of Nature and it got me in the mood for some more J2 or Wincest, forced to marry.
Not just forced to pretend to be in a relationship but where they actually have to get married, for whatever reason. Blackmail, money, mpreg, whatever just the two boys married please, and if there is jealous/protective Sam or Jared along the way because someone is flirting with/trying to steal away/hurting what he considers is his, well even better
