I've been keeping my eyes peeled for any stories told from Jodi or Charlie's perspective that are more than 10,000 words. Alas, either Supernatural fandom has no love for these lovely ladies or else I'm looking in all the wrong places.

Gen is awesome. Jodi/Bobby or Jody/Dick is awesome. Charlie/any female character is awesome. I'd be glad to see Charlie and Dean being bros and picking women together! I just want to see some love for my favorite ladies.

Just to clarify, both Jodi and Charlie do not need to be in the story. I'll be happy with one or the other. Though having both would be a bonus. ♥

Edit: Please, no Destiel. I don't dislike the ship, but it's not my thing. I'm more of a Wincest-shipper or a general Sam-shipper.

Hey, I've recently come to like the cas/meg pairing, but the only fics i've been able to find have cas ending up with dean in the end, or cas/meg as a casual secondary thing to dean/cas. I was wondering if anybody has/knows any stories where its full on Cas/Meg with Dean and Sam just as friends? It would be awesome if someone could help. :) 

I'm not too picky as long as it meets my request above. :) 

Also, this is my first time posting so i hope i got the tags right, i apologize if not. (i couldn't find a cas/meg pairing so i just used their characters).

Hey there all.

I have two requests for today, one general and one specific.

#1, Specific: It's kinda steam-punkish AU, where Jared and Jensen work together in a salvage-business. Jared is the tech-guy, building stuff and owner of a submarine, whereas Jensen has these amazing artificial wings and always greets the morning by soaring through the dawn. Daneel, I think, is a street-dancer (could be someone else female, though) and helps them a lot. There is a guy who wants some item salvaged from a sunken city, and in the end (*sniff*), Jensen gets his arm broken so badly that he can never use his wings again *still crying*
There's a sequel as well.

#2, General:
I'd like to have some well-written and captivating case-fics that are set in season 8 or any time after Sam gets his soul back and is more or less ok. I'd love if Crowley plays a role, but that's not a must, and PLEASE no slash. Not even pre-slash.
Can be het with either OC or a female character from the show, and I wouldn't mind some consensual Dean or Sam /OMC, but the focus should be on the case.

Ok, so a friend of mine requested 50 Shades of Grey for Christmas and I told her there was no way I was giving her such a lousy gift :P But I decided that since she wants to read some smut, I really should point her to something good. I have some excellent fics bookmarked but all the stuff I read is slash and that isn't her thing so I need some help. Here's what I'm requesting from you wonderful people:

Het, any length, well written, good plot, hot sex, preferably a bit kinky. It can be SPN characters or RPF, original fiction is a-okay too. She doesn't watch SPN, so it would be best if the fic was an AU and it didn't rely on any previous knowledge of the show.

Hey guys! Hoping you magic folk here can help me out with two fics I've lost.

1. Girl!Dean, and I think it was always a girl, rather than a curse or something else. Sam was still a guy, and it was pretty much PWP. Dean was pretty bossy and in control, telling Sam exactly what to do and how to do it.

I recall there was a scene where Dean was sitting on a dresser or table or something, while Sam gave performed oral sex on her. FOUND! Link in comments.

2.Supernatural was a TV show, and Sam and Dean were watching it and commenting on how unrealistic it was, something about how it was the glamorous Hollywood version on their lives? I think (not entirely sure) Dean may have smoked, and I think there was a part where it pointed out how the Sam and Dean on TV were magically unscarred. I'm not sure if it was gen or Wincest.

Sorry I'm so vague on both of these, I would love to read them both again! Help me out? :)

I actually remember a lot from the story except the title/author.

It's a case fic. While Sam and Dean are investigating a haunted house, a spirit pushes Dean off the stairs and he falls through the rotting floor, landing in the basement. He's seriously hurt and Sam has no choice but to take him to the hospital. Dean has either a broken leg or a knee injury. Sam befriends a nurse and he accidentally uses all her change for his soda.

The boys have a motel at first but, because of Dean's injury, they eventually stay on the nurse's Aunt's property. While in the motel Dean is in such pain that Sam double doses Dean with his medicine.

Someone is snooping around the Aunt's property (turns out he was a land surveyor or something), Dean freaks out and wants to pack up and leave. Sam "accidentally" trips him up making him fall onto the sofa.

It took place around the time where Sam had abilities because a beer bottle was flung towards Dean, who was sitting on the porch. Dean thought the bottle had been thrown by Sam in a fit of anger, but it wasn't.

Sam falls for the nurse and she somehow is involved with their original case. She sees Sam handle the ghost while she was riding her bike home from the hospital and she freaks out.

At first I was thinking this was part of the Drive 'verse or the Fusion 'verse, but I don't think so anymore...maybe.

Hey guys, I don't know if you caught it from the title but I'm looking for some Sam death fics, lol. Really sad death fics to, because I'm apperently on a masochistic stag and am just begging for hurt. They can be tragic quick deaths -ex. Sam gets shot or something on a hunt and dies in Dean's arms- or more of a long, drawn out, suffering death -ex. cancer, illness, poison, hex, etc-.

As for pairings, I really don't care what you throw at me. Wincest is great -and this element always adds an extra sense of drama if you ask me, lol- or Gen -equally as powerful and heatbreaking- or hell, Het if that's all you got to offer. I  don't mind if Sam or Dean is in a relationship with each other, no one, or a chick, just as long as it involves Sam's inevtiable death. NO Dean death fics though please, well, not by himself anyways. AU or non AU are fine.

He could end up killing himself, also getting killed/dying along with Sam or after Sam if you have fics like that, but in the end it all just leads back to Sam dying, lol. No fics with non con or any of that please. You can rec fics that have sorta happy endings if they exist, though I kinda doubt it when I remember what fandom I'm talking to. :P Thanks for all your help!

I am looking for some well-written, multi-chapter (the longer the better) fics to read.

Het or gen is good, I love extreme hurt/comfort and I love angst- my favorite is extreme-hurt!Dean but hurt!Sam is good too.

No slash, preferably no Apocalypse or post-Apocalyptic/dystopian stories, please no Castiel (not that I don't love Castiel, I'm just not a fan of him in fan fiction), and please no animal transformation fics.

Other than that, I have no squicks, OCs are good if they are well-written, and self-recs are awesome :) Again, the more hurt the better!

So I was thinking, growing up without any female influences in their life, moving around constantly, never forming attachments, always being on the outside- I would imagine that the Winchesters have no clue how to behave in normal social circumstances.

Sam learned a little bit because he spent a couple years at college but Dean didn't have that advantage.

Anyway, the show has never addressed this topic much and I was wondering if there are any fics out there that do. Like maybe Sam at Stanford not knowing things that normal people know, not knowing what to do in certain social situations. Or Dean and his year with Lisa.

I mean, I'm not talking about basement dwellers, after all, they did go to public school. But just a fic that addresses the fact that they aren't socially normal.

I prefer it to Not be Outsider POV I would love fics that have the boys in non-canon situations (ie, something other than Sam @ Stanford or Dean w/Lisa) but I'll take whatever I can get :)

I've gotten a bit of a handle on navigating the various LJ comms, but short of randomly running titles, I'm not having as much luck on AO3. I'd really like some story and/or author recs for AO3 because it's the simplest way to load up my kindle. I know that many LJ authors are also on AO3, and I'm following some of them.

I read basically anything if it's well-written. For tagging purposes, I like Dean/Cas, Sam/Gabe, J2 (tend to prefer AU), Sam/Cas, Dean/Gabe, het, Dean/Sam, gen.  I tend to gravitate to AU Castiel stories, and I also really like Sam/Jess/Dean or Sam/OFC/Dean. Whatever.

Would anyone be willing to refer me to something good?

This fic might have been on fanfiction.net, I'm not sure. Basically, fem!Castiel is God, and everyone( as in normal citizens) found out about it. There was one scene where she was with priests (maybe at the Vatican?) and they asked to stop appearing as a female and kept calling her 'Father' and maybe Queen Elizabeth II appeared somewhere in there too. Typically I read slash, but I have a craving for some Dean/OFC fics. Which in this fandom, aren't always easy to find. I'm looking for fics that show Dean taking a break from hunting, even if it's only for a day or two, to enjoy himself once and awhile - taking comfort in someone else.

The show has shown us, more or less, that Dean is more gentle where Sam is kind of rough; I'd love to see this side of Dean with a woman/women in fics if there are any out there.

Or fics where the woman takes care of him, like she somehow might know that he doesn't have the easiest life and just wants to make him feel good for awhile? If that makes sense. Sweet, sexy, whatever. In absence of that, just plain scorching hot works too. ;)

Any genre is fine except kid!fic please. Any length is good, although the longer the better.

I am looking for a specific series of stories that are told from Jo's POV. It starts with the Winchester boys and Jo growing up together, and everyone knows about hunting, but Jo never becomes a hunter in the fic. I believe Mary survived, as did Jo's dad, and John was the one who died. Dean is characterized as very dark and abusive in this story. Eventually, Jo and Ellen break away from the Winchesters and there is a lot of bad blood between them.

Some scenes I remember: one of them playing by the river as children; Jo working at a gas station; Jo in a horse stall nearly getting crushed by the horse. There is also an encounter toward the end between the three of them where Jo is working as a caretaker for some horses and Sam brings Dean to her for help because Dean is hurt.

Hey I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of some fic that feature non-con or dub-con het? Any pairing would be fine, but I would prefer if one of the characters were Sam or Dean.

Sam/Fem!Dean or Sam/OFC would be ideal, but I'm pretty much open to any non/dub-con het.

I know this type of fic can be hard to find (do people still write het?), so if you want slip in some forced!feminization recs that would be okay, too.

I just finished reading a wonderful story who's last chapter was just posted at Twisting the Hellmouth (www.tthfanfic.org). It's called The Lightning Strike, written by noturbaby, and I do recommend it. On the outs with Sam who's left for Stanford and left behind by his father, a bereft Dean if driving through a hurricane storm when he finds a young woman lying in the middle of the road. He takes her to the hospital and when she wakes up she has no idea who she is or how she got there. (This is where Buffy landed when she jumped off Glory's tower.) Dean helps here remember her name and they become friends, and then lovers. What I need is help finding the artwork and the alternate ending mentioned at the beginning and end. They're ready to make a life together when a) Willow performs the spell to pull Buffy out of presumed Hell and b) Dean wakes up from his months long coma from wrecking the Impala on the rain slick road.

There's a different ending is on livejournal as part of the sncross big bang and livejournal has artwork for the story by TwistedSlinky. I've googled with no results. Hopefully someone can provide me with the lj addresses for these.

I'm looking for a story in which Dean was a girl (born female). It was some kind of AU, but I can't remember if they were ever hunters or just retired. I think Castiel had fallen (or maybe he was always human?).

It was Destiel and Cas decides to take Dean(na) out on a proper date (and asks Sam, of course). And then he takes Dean(na) out for a picnic and she wears her only dress and I think she braids her hair. It's a very sweet thing, mostly so because Deanna never really allows herself to be feminine/girly.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I'd really like to read it again!

Hi everybody, I'm looking for any and all stories that are nice and long (at least 50,000 words) completed and are Dean-centric, with an awesome Dean.

What do I mean about awesome Dean, well he doesn't need to solve all problems or have powers or anything like that(although I definitely won't object to that), just be a really good guy that people around him LIKE and RESPECT. A couple of examples of what I'm wanting are 'To Honour Losses' and 'Wolverines, Wendigos and Winchesters'

I just about live on LiveJournal, so I've probably read most of the LJ epic Dean stories, so I'm hoping for recs from fanfiction.net or AO3 or some other archive.

Okay, now for the nitty gritty, I'll take and love gen, slash(Sam/Dean) or non-explicit het. Crossovers are great, but no(Sam or Dean) sex with canon characters. Bring on the Angels, but absolutely NO Angel sex(my biggest squick). I don't mind if either boy is hurt(although I'd prefer it if that is'nt ALL the story is about), but no permanent death for either Sam or Dean.

I've recently been enjoying two AU 'verses: The Sammy Verse (http://shangrilada.livejournal.com/7345.html) and the 3 Kings Verse (http://cosmic-medusa.livejournal.com/tag/3%20kings%20verse), and I'm wondering if there are other AU verses of similar caliber.  The writing and characterization in these stories are superb, and I think I've become a tiny bit spoiled.

I'm happy with most pairings or characters, show or RPF. I'm not picky about pairings as long as it's well-written, has believable characterization, and is compelling. I'm not looking for anything too dark.

In order to help with recs and tagging, I mostly read J2, Jeff/nearly anyone, wincest, Dean/Cas, Sam/Cas, I tend to prefer a sprinking of Gabriel. I'll also read het, but I know, the offerings are few and far between.

It's a J2 story, they've been best friends forever and Jensen is in love with Jared but Jared starts going out with Sandy, (I think maybe he's had a crush on her for awhile and she finally notices him) he gets so wrapped up into his relationship with Sandy that he doesn't even notice when Jensen moves away. I think he finally figures it out when he goes to Jensen's offic and Danneel tells him Jensen transfered to a different city. Found

2. Another J2 story. Jensen is driving home one night and gets in an accident and Jared is the All-Star operator that talks to him while waiting for the paramedics to get there. Found

3. Any Jensen/Sandy recs. I don't care about the rating, if they're angsty or schmoopy, anything you can rec with this pairing, I would love to read it!

1) I'm looking for fics where there's a very obvious, possibly problematic, age difference between the two romantic leads. I'm especially looking for fics where one of the characters in the 'ship are bothered by the disparity*, though outsider discontent (family, friends, etc) is also very much welcome! [*There doesn't have to be excessive angst because of the age difference (thought it would be nice!.] 

2) On that note, fics where outsider have a problem with the romantic pairing for any reason would be seriously appreciated!

I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago that I can't seem to find again. It's stanford-era, and I'm almost positive it's Dean/Jess with Sam/Jess in the background. Here's what I remember: Jess answers Sam's phone or something and Dean's on the other end. Stuff happens. Jess calls Dean back eventually, because she's curious about this strange man who knows Sam from before Stanford. Dean wants Jess to tell him how Sam's doing, and there might be something about him being jealous of Jess. Possibly there was Sam/Dean before Stanford. As their talks continue Jess and Dean start to form a friendship, and I'm pretty sure they end up attracted to each other. At some point Jess tells Dean about a small tattoo she has, and Dean tells her that he's got two on the bottom of his feet. At the end (?) of the fic, there's the scene in the pilot (?) where Dean comes to get Sam and that's the first time Jess sees Dean. That scene went differently, but I don't remember if it continues past that.

Please, can you help me find some stories where Jensen finds love in an original female character? I'm ok with another actress from the show or something, too. Just not any older women. Maybe the actress who played Bela? Hell, even Alona. I don't care. Though I do prefer if it's an original female character. The guys have to still be actors in the show.
Now, I'd love some Jared/OFC, too. As for how long they can be, the longer the better.

Why is it that all Season 7 fics are so damn depressing?

After months of reading Season 7 fics about suicidal!Winchesters, alcoholic!Winchesters, insane!Winchesters, and self-destructive!Winchesters I am looking for something a little more upbeat.

So if you know of any "happy" season 7 fics please send them my way! They don't have to be angst-free 'sky is blue, everything is perfect', don't have to be humor/crack (though I wouldn't turn down those either!), but I would appreciate it if, despite all of their issues, they manage to find a little bit of peace or respite from the constant darkness and despair :)

In other words, a little more more comfort in my hurt/comfort please :)

Ok, so I was trawling the interwebs looking for some Dean/Impala fics I haven't read yet, and discovered that there's this movement of people who like to imagine the impala coming to life as Ian Somerhalder, basically. I read a couple of fics over at AO3, and they were incredibly HOTT!

Also, there isn't a 'pairing: dean/impala' tag. Or an 'altered: human!impala' tag. (Or that could be a genre, or a kink, instead. But I think it fits as an 'altered'.) Also, a 'point of view: impala' tag would be nice (pretty pretty please??). I realise the mods have worked very hard on their tagging (which is incredibly organised and awesome now, thanks for all the hard work there lovely moddies!), these are just suggestions. I'm also thinking that he would like some good het fics. Like maybe Dean/Jo, Dean/Carmen, Dean/OFC.

So I was listening to Blue Öyster Cult's 'Fire of unknown Origin'-album the other day, and the lyrics of some of those songs caught my ear, in the way that they reminded me of SPN characters and/or plots.
So here's the question: are there any SPN fics based on songs of BÖC? 'Veteran of the Psychic Wars' or 'Fire of unknown Origin' would of course be perfect because they tie in pretty good with canon, but also songs like 'After Dark' or other songs featured in the actual show.
[alternatively, fics that explicitly feature a BÖC-song in more than just a passing mention are okay to rec, too]
I'll take pretty much anything for this; slash, het, gen, unhappy endings, crazy kinks: hit me with it, as long as it's BÖC-inspired. Just please no slash with any of the angels, and no WIP's, please.

Hi, this time I'm eager for some fics exploring the relationship between Dean and Soulless!Sam. I'd like gen or het fics, something plotty, though some snapshots of their day-to-day coexistence would be great too. I would love to see Dean correcting Sam when he's getting out of line, some banter and humour though nice angsty fics are welcome as well and it's certainly best when these two things are combined. 
I'm also interested in fics dealing with Dean accepting the part of him that is torturer after his confrontation with Alistair. I don't want fics solely about his time in Hell but about him making use of these skills on Earth. Long plotty fics with evil!Sam to boot would be great and I would like the brothers to work together without Dean torturing Sam. Gen, het or wincest, please, as long as it's not pure porn. 

Are there any good, well-written BtVS/SPN fics out there? I keep on coming across bad!fic and it's getting kind of ridiculous. 

I'd really like to read something where the Winchesters travel to Sunnydale and meet Buffy, though honestly, at this point, I'd take any GOOD crossover fic between both series.

I'd love to read Buffy/Dean or Buffy+Dean Gen, but I'll also read any match-up between the following characters: Dean, Spike, Buffy, Sam, Faith, Castiel, and Xander. Seriously, I just want to finally read a good story.

Lately I've been getting into Justified, so now, of course, I'm wondering if there are any crossovers. Since Justified is in its third season, I'm hoping. I'm not feeling picky about pairings, plot, or genres - I'm willing to give anything a try.

I accidentally deleted a story from my Delicious account and now I'm trying to find it again.

I don't remember much about it- it was titled "Voice". I think it had mute!Dean(??) in it and it was under my hurt!dean tag but other than that I really don't know which story I deleted!

I know, that's really, really vague but I hope someone knows what I'm talking about!

Alright, posting in this comm seems to be working better than magic, so lets give it another try..

I'm rewatching the first seasons for the umpteenth time, and I was wondering if there's any fics that expand upon the minor characters. Things like 'What happens with [...] after they met the Winchesters', or just the P.O.V of the characters during their actual episode (or thoughts of either Sam or Dean about the character). Can be how they pick up their lives afterwards, can be that they run in to the boys again; anything like that. Can even be that some of them end up hunting themselves.
Lucas from 'Dead in the Water' and Michael and/or his brother from 'Something Wicked' are characters I'd like to see especially. I know that there's a story where Michael runs into the guys again, but it's set in a later season and that bring me to the next point:

Here's the catch; please no stories set in seasons later than season 3, unless they absolutely in no way mention the storyline of the later seasons.
No other restrictions: I'll take AU's, het, gen or slash (wincest included), P.O.V's of both the minor characters or the Winchesters themselves, anything.
